Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Annual plans are paid upfront and save about 20% but you can still cancel future renewals at any time.
What does the Done-for-You setup include?
Full CRM and pipeline configuration, automation workflow setup, calendar integration, domain connection, branding, and a structured onboarding session. We hand you a working system, not a blank dashboard.
How long does setup take?
Starter tier: 5 - 7 days. Growth: 10 - 14 days. Pro: 14 - 21 days. Self-setup is available immediately if you prefer to configure the system yourself.

Skale integrates natively with Google Calendar, Outlook, Stripe, Quickbooks, Zoom, Slack, and 100+ other tools via Zapier. During onboarding, we map your existing stack and configure the right integrations.
Is Skale HIPAA-compliant?
Yes, Skale supports HIPAA-grade configurations for healthcare clients. We configure compliance into your specific workflows during setup. For Canadian healthcare clients, we also configure PIPEDA-compliant workflows.
Pricing & Billing
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For projects over $2,250 CAD we offer 50% deposit, 50% on completion. For Skale Platform subscriptions, annual prepay saves about 20% but monthly billing is also available with no minimum commitment.
What's included in setup fees?
Setup fees cover Done-for-You configuration: CRM, automations, calendars, integrations, branding, and a personalized onboarding session. Without setup, you'd start from a blank dashboard. Self-setup is also available at no additional cost if you prefer to configure the system yourself.
Are there long-term contracts?
Monthly subscriptions are month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Service retainers (HR, Project Management, AI Automation) typically have a 3-month minimum so we have time to deliver real results. Project-based work (websites, brand sprints) has no ongoing commitment.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Annual prepay saves about 20% on Skale subscriptions. Bundle discounts are available when combining website + brand + Skale at signup. Non-profit organizations qualify for a 15% discount on services.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Stripe), bank transfer (EFT in CAD), and major US credit cards. For projects over $15,000 CAD, we can accept wire transfer.
Do you bill in Canadian or US dollars?
We accommodate both. While our standard website pricing is listed in CAD, we default to Canadian dollar (CAD) billing for local clients. US dollar (USD) invoicing is readily available for our US clients upon request. The chosen currency and conversion rate are locked in at contract signing.
What happens if I cancel mid-project?
For projects, you pay for work completed up to the cancellation date plus a 25% wind-down fee on the remaining scope. For subscriptions, no cancellation fee — you simply stop renewing. We always try to make exits as smooth as the onboarding.
Do you offer refunds?
Skale Platform setup fees are refundable in the first 60 days if the system doesn't replace at least three of your existing subscriptions or reduce your lead response time. Brand sprints and websites are guaranteed to your satisfaction. if you're not happy after the first revision round, we issue a partial refund. All refund decisions are handled directly by the founder.
